Thank you for your letter. I'll admit it was quite surprising to see you say that you think I would be capable of being a hero, and I feel like it's time for me to apologize.
I hadn't really thought of you as kind when we first met, and I wasn't appreciative of the advice that you offered me. But that was wrong. I was the one that bothered you, and you only responded by trying to help. I see now that you're not only kind, but also thoughtful and concerned for others.
So thanks. [ :) ] I don't know about being a hero, but I look forward to becoming friends with you. Fashion doesn't really interest me, but maybe you could help me with something else. I always thought it would be cool to learn an instrument! Or dance. Or maybe drink wine without gagging. What do you think?
